RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

I. Return Period

We accept “no-reason” return requests within 30 days of the date the item is received. Please note that return requests for orders exceeding this 30-day window will not be accepted.

II. Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale. This includes, but is not limited to:

The item shows no signs of heavy use or damage.
All accessories and packaging are intact.
There are no signs of man-made stains, damage, or unauthorized modifications.

If an item cannot be resold due to damage caused by the customer, a full refund may not be possible, or the return request may be denied.

III. Refund Details

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will process the refund within 3 business days, returning the funds to the original payment account. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.

IV. Special Notes

Due to recent ongoing operating losses, we are clearing out select sofa side table products at a loss to recoup capital and optimize inventory. While these clearance items remain eligible for our 30-day return policy, please understand that the prices have already been set at the lowest possible level; therefore, these items are not eligible for additional discounts or promotional offers.
